You can view the estimated dispatch time directly on each product page. Please note, we’ll only ship your order once payment has been successfully received — depending on your chosen payment method, this may take a few days to process.

To ensure the safety of both our customers and courier partners, NanoSleep has adopted a strict no-contact delivery policy. On the day of delivery, you'll receive a notification that your mattress is on its way. The courier will deliver your order to the first accessible door of your building—no signature required. Instead, a delivery photo will be taken as proof. This process is in place to minimise contact and help prevent the spread of infection.

To return an item, simply use our NanoSleep returns portal. Once your return has been processed, our courier will contact you to arrange a convenient collection date. For the safety of everyone involved, we operate a strict no-contact collection and delivery policy. This means our courier won’t be able to enter your home, so we kindly ask that you bring the mattress to your doorstep on the day of collection. This measure helps ensure a safe and hygienic process for all.

To return an item, you can use our returns portal. Once we've processed your return, our courier will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable date for the collection of your items. In order to protect you and our courier service providers, we have implemented a strict no-contact mattress collection and delivery policy. This means that our courier will not be permitted to enter your home. So, we kindly ask you to bring the mattress to your doorstep. That will help prevent the spread of infection.

If you decide to return your NanoSleep mattress, there’s no need to roll it or fit it back into its original box. Simply wrap it in plastic for protection and place it by your doorstep on the day of collection—our couriers will take care of the rest.

To ensure the safety of both you and our courier partners, we’ve introduced a strict no-contact collection policy. This means our couriers are unable to enter your home. We kindly ask that you disassemble the bed and place it, ideally packed in its original boxes, at your doorstep for collection.

We understand that holding onto a box for up to 100 nights isn't always practical! While we’d prefer to receive returned products in their original packaging – as it’s the most sustainable option – we’ll still accept your return if it’s securely packed in alternative packaging.
