All of our products come with risk-free trial periods. This allows you to try them out and ensure they meet your expectations without any risk.
Sleeping-related products often require time for your body to adjust. If you don't feel comfortable initially, consider giving yourself more time for adaptation. To accommodate this, we offer a generous trial period for returns, ensuring you have ample time to confirm your decision was the right one.
If you haven't quite adjusted to your Emma products after the suggested adaptation time, don't worry! We're happy to work with you to find a solution that works best for you.

Up to 200-Night Trial
You don’t have to worry about when you can return your Emma mattresses,. as we have extended our risk-free trial from 100 to 200 nights. That’ll be more than enough time for your body to fully adjust to your new mattress (which can take up to 6 weeks). In case our Emma mattresses are not the best matches for you, we will handle all the return process and make it hassle-free for you. You can also enjoy a 100-Night Trial for Toppers, 30-Nights for Beds, Pillows & Hug Weighted Blanket and 14-Nights for Mattress Protector & Duvets.
